It's a localisation mod for English Strings for Fallout 4.

This mod makes the in-game text more compatible with international players. It's not that the text is wrong, but rather that it's not compatible with the international version of the game. This is because the game uses American English, which is not the same as British English. So when you play the game, you will see a lot of grammatical and typographical mistakes. This is not only annoying for the player, but also for other players who might not be as familiar with American English as you are.

To fix this, you need to install this mod. It's not a big mod, so you won't need to download anything else to play. The only thing you need to do is install this mod and the data file. Once you're done, you will have to restart the game.
